I’m Chris Heimsoth, Co-Founder and President of NextPhase Consulting. With over 25 years of experience leading complex residential and commercial construction projects, I specialize in building the operational backbone that allows teams to scale with speed, quality, and consistency.
Before launching NextPhase, I founded and grew Heimsoth Construction, a multi-crew firm known for delivering high-end residential builds and large-scale commercial projects across Texas. From museums and medical offices to custom homes and industrial spaces, I’ve led it all — always with a relentless focus on efficiency, craftsmanship, and team development.
At my core, I’m an operator and a builder. I don’t just oversee projects — I design processes that reduce friction, improve timelines, and empower teams to deliver excellence at scale. Whether it’s mentoring field leaders or implementing tools to streamline workflows, I’m driven by making things work smarter and better.
